Plain w/ house made fruit compote OR choice of any of the following flavors: everything & Swiss, cinnamon raisin, marshmallow, pickle & cheese, OREO, dark chocolate & toasted pecan, goldfish & golden raisin, olive & rosemary, PB & J...the list goes on and on, so if you want a flavor combo you are not seeing let us know! One dozen minimum per flavor, please.

Giant cinnamon raisin biscuit with quick icing drizzle. Cut into small squares for easy sharing. Vegan available. ~15-20 snack slices.
- Quiche$30/ea
Sausage, scallion and cheddar *OR* sauerkraut, scallion, and Swiss in our signature cottage cheese pie crust. Veggie sausage available for no additional charge. Feeds ~8.
- Biscuits and Gravyfull pan $100, ½ pan $50
Lynny's biscuits with sausage cream gravy, cracked pepper, sliced tomato and fresh parsley. Full pan feeds ~30.
- Deli Biscuit Schmear$75
Scoopable layers of Lynny’s deli biscuits (made with everything bagel seasoning) topped with Greek yogurt, capers, tomato, basil & red onion. Feeds ~20.
- Baked French Toast$75
Lynny's biscuits in silky custard with peaches, cinnamon sugar, and a kiss of vanilla. Feeds ~25
- Pancake ParfaitFull Pan $100, ½ pan $50
Gluten free buckwheat pancakes topped with greek yogurt, house made fruit compote, fresh fruit, and a honey drizzle. Full pan feeds ~30.
- Hash Brown Casserole$40
Rich, savory, cheesy hash brown bake. Feeds ~15.
- Melon Salad$40
Seasonal melon, lemon vinaigrette, coarse salt, toasted pecans, pickled golden raisin, fresh herbs. Feeds ~ 30
- Percolator Coffee Traveler$35
Piping hot percolator coffee served with all the fixings; cups, cream, sugar and sugar alternatives. Serves ~12.
Lunch/Dinner
- Lynnys’ World Famous Burgers$15 per person
Hand formed all beef patty with secret seasoning on a homemade sesame bun. Served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a Pickle Envy pickle spear. Included add on’s: cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, grilled onions, Pickled jalapeños, housemade chipotles adobados, griddled sauerkraut, fried egg. 25 person minimum, please. **Available exclusively onsite in our lovely outdoor space @ 705 Gunter St.
- Nacho Bar$10 per person
Lynny’s famous queso, pinto beans, and chips served buffet style with all the fixings: sour cream, homemade escabeche, fresh salsa + pickled jalapeños. Add seasoned ground beef for $5/pp. Add guacamole for $5/pp. 20 person minimum, please.
- Pizza Biscuits$60/dozen
Pepperoni & cheese, with a crunchy garlic, cornmeal bottom. Served with house made marinara sauce. Add home made ranch $10/dozen Additional "toppings" available for $2/ea per dozen: green olives, red onion, fresh oregano, jalapeño
- MoussakaFull Pan $100, ½ pan $50
Incredibly savory mix of onion, chickpea, eggplant, tomato + olive oil (vegan + gf). Feeds ~30. Add 20 homemade flatbreads... $40
- Rice Pilaf$75
Jasmine rice dressed with olive oil, fresh herbs, citrus zest, toasted pine nuts, and currants and finished with a balsamic drizzle. Add griddled queso fresco for $40. Feeds ~30.
- Dressed Labneh$50
White Mountain labneh with olive oil, olives, herbs, sumac +golden raisins (gf). Feeds ~20. Add 20 homemade flatbreads...$40
- Green Salad$50
Lettuce, cucumber, carrot, fresh herbs, apple, green onion and lemon vinaigrette (v + gf). Feeds ~20.
Desserts
- Sauerkraut Surprise Chocolate Cake$50
Maybe the best chocolate cake ever; moist and fluffy, and no, it does not taste like sauerkraut! Topped with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Feeds ~30-40.
- Biscuit Bread Pudding$50
Lynny’s biscuits cinnamon, vanilla custard with golden raisins and topped with a sprinkle of turbinado sugar. Feeds ~30-40.
- Fruit Pie$40
Rustic pie with bright and happy fruit with lemon and cinnamon in our signature cottage cheese pie crust. Fruit choices: peach, apple, blueberry, cherry, or mango. Feeds ~30.
